Return/Refund Policy


To raise a return/refund request, the customer must contact our customer service (016-964 4595) within 3 days, with the receipt/invoice of the purchased order attached.

The item must be returned to the storefront within 5 days after the goods are well delivered.

No. 21, Jalan Kasawari 5, Taman Eng Ann, 41150 Klang, Selangor Darul Ehsan. 


The returned item(s) must be in their original packaging state, which is still sealed, unopened and unused.

The items will be refunded to the customer according to the original payment method only after the seller inspects the item.

*For the Perishable Goods such as bread, egg, dairy products, frozen products, etc. customers shall return the item(s) to our store within 3 days to avoid the good(s) from spoiling.

Item(s) Exchange Policy


To raise an item(s) exchange policy, the customer must contact our customer service (016-964 4595) within 3 days, with the receipt/invoice of the purchased order attached.
The items can switch with other products with equivalent value or deduct from the total value in the upcoming bills. The items exchanged will be collected together in the next purchase.

The exchanged item(s) must be in their original packaging state, which is still sealed, unopened and unused.
* Not Applicable on Perishable Goods such as bread, egg, dairy products, frozen products, etc.
